By tradition the Initial Consultation is FREE. It is an opportunity for us to meet so we can discuss any concerns you may have regarding the hypnotherapy process. It is also used for me to gather as much information as possible about you so that we can plan a course of treatment suitable for your particular needs. The consultation can take up to an hour and hypnotherapy will not as a rule take place during this session. You will be given a Relaxation/Confidence Hypnotherapy CD to listen to nightly before your next appointment.
During this consultation I will explain how the mind works in relation to anxiety, stress and depression - often this alone proves a great help for people with these conditions. It is surprising how many other problems are rooted in anxiety and stress.

All treatments cost £50.00 per session (usually 50 minutes to an hour)
Anti-smoking therapy however, takes 90 minutes and will cost £130.00 - this is a one off session which, if you are serious about giving up smoking, is usually enough.
There are three flexible time models for Hypnotherapy:
Anti-smoking - one session - 90 minutes.
Straightforward Fears and Phobias - usually three sessions - 50 to 60 minutes each.
Depression and Anxiety - between eight and twelve sessions - 50 to 60 minutes each.
As previously stated, for all therapy apart from Anti-smoking therapy we would have an initial free consultation.
